Guild Wars 2

Hello all!

I’m looking for a guild for the expansion. I’ve been playing on and off since the launch of GW1. I’m just looking to have fun and participate in all aspects of the game. Strong community of mature folks is a must.

Ideally I’d like an NYC local guild so that some/all of us can meet for drinks/games on occasion. Every time I’ve been in a local guild its been an absolute blast. I’m a 25 year-old guy in Brooklyn. I’m open to other guilds to if you have a strong community.

Hello Slethik! I want to say that there are a couple members in my guild in NYC, but I can’t be certain, not something I typically ask haha. We’re sitting at around 150 members, and most of us are EST, so there’s a good chance I suppose.

Are you interested in specific areas? As we are primarily PvE focussed. We are definitely on the mature end (we have someone in the guild who’s 19 and we always give him kitten for being the youngin), and we have a very active TS where we all bullkitten and have a good time. Not quite the same as getting together and having a drink, but I like to think its the closest thing on the digital end, haha.

If you’re interested we can get together on TS or in game sometime (or on here if that’s easier) and talk a bit about the guild and confirm that its a solid fit, hope to hear from you soon!

You sound like someone we’d be looking for in Tonic [Lime]. We are a small guild but we have been around since 2012 and have had two IRL meetups officially and then a few other guildies met eachother other times too. Community is the strongest component of Tonic by far.

I was just in NYC actually, I would have totally gotten a drink with you Our guild used to have happy hours in TeamSpeak >_> ask Hellica how those went haha

Tonic is a 21+ guild on Borlis Pass. Server doesn’t matter if you want PvE-only but we are active in WvW on BP. We are a true PvX guild and do everything in the game!

Tonic was established in 2012 with the purpose of building a close-knit gaming community that caters to the busy adult. We understand that life comes first and have no mandatory events or time commitments. We believe in the power of respect and look for supportive members who value teamwork. While we are based out of North America, we accept players from all over the globe and embrace diversity. Oh yeah, edited to add: We have all upgrades ready and stocked up for HoT. I even took the day off work.
