Guild Wars 2

Good evening everyone. I’m a level 80 elementalist as my main, I’m looking for a supportive guild who has fun.

I’ve been playing since release, and been 80 since shortly after. However after obtaining 80 and not having any friends who played, I stopped. I have no idea what I’m doing now that I’m 80 and still use my storyline gear.

Hoping to find a guild who could show this noob what to do now that he’s 80 and get groups together to get some better gear through instances and what not.

Hiya, Dyspathy! There’s definitely still a lot to do after 80, and I think you’d have fun exploring that with my guild, Ember Solace. I know you’re on Crystal Desert, but if you’d be willing to guest onto Tarnished Coast, you wouldn’t have to transfer. The only thing you couldn’t do with us is WvW.

We’re a small-ish guild (56 people), and we do a little bit of everything. This week, we have the following scheduled events: map completion, dungeons, Fractals, jumping puzzles, world boss farming, team PvP, and Guild Missions. Plus, people do spur-of-the-moment activities, too. We also have a Newbie Officer, Lorena, whose sole focus in the guild is to help newer players (or returning players who aren’t sure what to do).

If we sound interesting, please register on our forums so you can get a feel for us and the kind of community that we have. Yeah, the guest feature is pretty cool. A lot of times it’s not necessary now that they’ve implemented megaservers. (Basically, that you get grouped up together on maps with people similar to you, such as people in the same party or same guild, instead of being grouped on maps by server.) But it seems to be necessary when doing Guild Missions, which are a lot of fun. Anyway, hope your week goes well, Dyspathy, and we’ll talk this weekend. =)
