Hello! While I can’t personally offer any pirate RP, I did want to link to the Guild Wars 2 RolePlayers website, which has a lot of activity and might be a good place to check, too. I know it lists Tarnished Coast as the unofficial NA role-playing server, but really, because of the megaserver, you can still join in events even being on Northern Shiverpeaks.
