Guild Wars 2

-EU server Aurora Glade (but from South Africa)
-PVP, PVE, PVX, WvW,
-Casual – (I work and have a wife)
-I am most commonly online during 20:00 – 2:00am during the weeks and weekends it depends but I play way more during the night time when my wife is sleeping
- I am on Discord but I don’t speak on it. I mainly listen during raids / guild wars / pvp events ect.
- I don’t mind a close or large community. I fit in anywhere. I understand mainly English and Afrikaans (south african language)

Hi I am from South Africa (RSA). I’m new to GW2 but not new to mmo’s. I just bought the game. I know its one of the top MMORPG’s and I find it the most appealing towards my taste compared to the rest. I’ve just spend 3-4years on ONE other mmorpg which I loved but sadly I can’t play it anymore due to ping (600ms).

(Ultimately there are no OW pvp in the top lists which can compete to AOW but I’m not making the same mistake to go for a game with a useless publisher/ developer in the West – hence I have to choose from the top 5 mmorpg’s imo.)

I’m heavy driven on PVP although sadly I know GW2 don’t have Open world PVP I’ve read the pvp is rated as very good and the bit I experienced feels nice. I read up a lot regarding builds and the game but what I miss in GW2 is a community of allies/friends.

I dislike questing but if a story interest me its fun. The more I play GW2 the more it grows on me. Another reason I joined GW2 is because I saw lots of posts from South Africans on the game and especially on Aurora Glade. I mailed a leader from some guild that was South African but no reply yet. Ultimately were all the same and have the same timezone with EU so I don’t mind the location of the guild as long as it is mainly English.

I’m a friendly guy that help players as far as I can. Although here I’m noob still. My loyalty stretch very far towards the players surround myself with. Even on AOW Ive been in one alliance and I only left my guilds if we merged or disbanded due to inactivity or being bullied ( yeah OW pvp has guild bullies ^^)
