Guild Wars 2

I’m a casual player looking to join a guild. I started playing GW2 about one year ago, but only recently started up again. I currently have only played PvE content but was hoping to branch out into some PvP and WvW and feel that this would be much more enjoyable if I could find a group to coordinate with. My highest character currently is a lvl 60 thief.

I currently play on Devona’s Rest but I am willing to transfer if necessary. And my preference is to find a guild that emphasizes enjoyment over grinding and can take time to appreciate the living world that is found within Guild Wars 2.

(I work nights a few days a week so if your guild has certain days reserved for events let me know here if possible.)

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play well as a well oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.

Hiya, Naptime! Welcome back to Tyria. ^^ My guild, Ember Solace, is a casual, PvX guild. We have Officers in charge of Guidance (helping new players acclimate to the game and the guild), PvE, PvP (WvW and s/tPvP), and Social (trivia, costume contests, riddles, etc.). We’re super friendly, and we’ve built a really great community together filled with people who genuinely care about each other.

We do have specific events that tend to happen on certain nights a week, although we also do a lot of spontaneous stuff. Here’s the set events:

Monday
- Mini PvP Tournament (guildies go against each other for gold prizes in our private PvP Arena)

Tuesday
- #TacoTuesday, where we fight Tequatl

Wednesday
- Beginner Fractals (Tier 1-9, no Agony Resist required, any level welcome)

Friday
- Social Event (usually trivia, sometimes hide and seek or other things)
- WvW Havoc Squad (all levels welcome; great time to level alts)

Saturday
- Guild Missions (Bounty, Rush, Challenge, Puzzle)
- SASS: Saturday Arena Super Smackdown (team PvP where we queue against non-guildies)

Other stuff changes each week, such as karka farming, jumping puzzles, map exploration, explorable dungeon runs (we’ve got a group doing Arah p.4 right now), music trivia, etc. xD Plus, any guild member can put an event on the calendar or request an Officer or Assistant to host an event.

If you’d like to kind of scope us out, you can register on our forums to get read-access to our GW2 sections, so you can see our Calendar & Events, screenshot threads, Social Corner, etc. Then you can decide if you want to apply. I know an application sounds weird with a casual guild, but it has nothing to do with level or gear; it’s all about weeding out trolls to keep our environment friendly. ^^ And of course, if you have any questions, feel free to ask. I hope you find the guild home you’re looking for, even if it’s not with us. =)

[NA]-Dragonbrand’s Wolfpack is recruiting players primarily for World vs World and Dungeons. All actively participating players of any current level or game experience are welcome. Competitive raids are initiated three times per week alongside daily dungeons and roaming in the Mists.

If you need gear dungeons are one of the best and most rewarding methods of obtaining it. When you’re not exploring the dark crevices of Tyria head into World vs World to plunder Dragonbrand’s enemies. World vs World is a great way to build up a lot of crafting materials including T6 and an even better way to interact with guild-mates in an ever changing environment at the same time.

Guild participation in one form or another (Mumble/Events/Raids) is required. Log in activity is included in this. Prolonged absences must notify a Founder to remain on the roster. Any and all drops due to absence can rejoin. This is to keep the roster as clean and active as possible for you, and your guild-mates. Become a Predator and mark your foes the Prey.

Bunny Foofoo Belly Button Lint is under limited recruiting at this time; we are welcomed to any/all members of the community to come and join us, and help us grow! We are still rather new, upgrade-wise, but look for eager players to help us build up influence, and as well as build friendships! We are a casual gaming guild, welcoming new/veteran players, as well welcome those who play everyday, once a week, once a month, etc.

We are a rather new guild to the GW2 community ourselves, and are still looking to grow. Although we are not able to offer everything other guilds can to you, we always look for those who are willing to help with the effort. =) We are, also, a guild that does not have 100% rep-requirement, although as you rank up: more rep will be expected out of you (if that makes sense?)
