Guild Wars 2

Server preference: NA – JQ (I’d like to do WvWvW with guild folks).

Play Type Preference: PvX – Though I do tend to lean towards the PvP side.

Player Style: Middle? I’m certainly not hardcore these days – full time work and post-grad program doesn’t allow for that but I’m 100% for putting in whatever work is required to be ready for content/pvp/whatever.

Active Time: EST Evenings, usually 7PM on wards, and weekends.

Voice preference: Prefer voice anything. I’ve used vent, TS, discord, mumble. I enjoy getting to know folks over voice and talk crap when appropriate.

Social preference: I’m not sure I have a major social preference. I’ve been in both tiny and huge guilds, and I like both for different reasons. As long as I find a group of people that I have fun with, then I’m content.

Other games played: LOTRO (was on E, now on Ark, mostly creep). Not much of anything else though I’ve played most MMOs. Usually try to move around with a core group of people, but paths have diverged and that hasn’t been possible recently.

Other guilds: Currently in three guilds, of which I rep none. They’re dead, and I’m staying in them mostly for the sake of memories, and hopefully catching old friends if they re-join the game.

Other?:

I’m just returning to GW2 after a long hiatus. I’m having a blast, and intend to stick around for a long while and would like to find folks to enjoy the various content areas with. I’m re-learning the game at this point, and my classes, so a guild that doesn’t mind guiding me in the right direction and/or teaching me would be fabulous. I’m typically a PvP’er but do enjoy PvE. I prefer guilds that are a bit more laid back and don’t take themselves too seriously – I’m way past the point of raging over x doing y and wiping us.

I’m 25 (for those of you who have age requirements on your guilds). My main is a 80 Guardian, but I’m flexible about changing to whatever if there is a preferred class. I realize it’ll probably take me a bit to get up to speed, but once I am, I pride myself on helping others do the same (I’m usually the pack rat/hoarder in games).
