Hello me and my friends are fairly hardcore players . WE usually solo roam or run small groups (3 to 5 players)- And are good for double our numbers in a fight, or more.
Mostly we play guardian/Mesmer/thief. And sometimes engy (though I know ENGY has problems with zerg busting).

Recently we are looking to get into zerg busting guilds that run consistently 10-20 people.

Here are some of the guild features we are looking for .
-A NOT open recruitment guild. That does some filtering for player quality and skill.
-Mandatory teamspeak or voip use for runs/raids.
-Runs During Na primetime in the evenings since we are na players. So NA servers also.
-Requires (good) set builds or at least player can justify what they are doing.
-Friendly to run with
-Looks for fights over PPT, and possibly interested in getting into Guild vs Guild.

We don’t mind moving server if we find a good place to go. So please post what your guild is about or send a message. Also please mention what server you are on so we can see if that servers decent for roaming , as would still like to do that.

Us at For The Beavah [BevR] are looking for players exactly as you describe your group. We are located in Darkhaven at the moment and are considered among the best guilds in our server. We are looking to grow our zerg busting player base and think you would be a great fit. We run every night at around 9pm EST. We are all about the quality of our players and the people we run with, that is why we always do an interview on TS (DH has a public TS and BevR has a private 100 slot TS). We enforce builds on Friday night reset runs, Saturday nights and during the week depending on numbers. In addition, we run roughly 15+ everynight. Hey, I know [DI] on FA was looking for a mesmer and/or thief for their gank, and they probably have openings for guardian as well. They’re a solid group and could use you as a piece to their puzzle. I recommend checking them out, they fall under all of the features you are looking for.

I know there are a few guilds on CD who are currently recruiting for zerg busting/GvG. Let me post some links for you. I’ve come across all these guilds during NA prime and every single one jumps right into a fight regardless if its 15 vs 40. They’ve also all participated in GvGs and are working on their core.
