Guild Wars 2

Basic Info:
- Maps: Mainly PvE
- Server: Isle of Janthir [IoJ]
- Physical Location: US West coast [PST]
- Times on: 9PM to 11PM week-nights and 9PM to 2 or 3AM Fridays and Saturdays
- Willing to guest/transfer: Yes

I have been playing (mostly) solo since pre-launch and almost exclusively in PvE with just little forays into WvW and PvP. I have several level 80 characters with full exotics, however, I would still consider myself a beginner to intermediate player. Recently I’ve been wanting to get into running some of the dungeons and fractals and participate in the world boss meta-events with a guild. Also looking to level-up some of my other classes in a fun party setting and getting at least one of my characters to 100% map completion.

I’m looking for a smaller close-knit guild where people are there to have fun and just play a game. I would also love to find a group where people are willing to help me improve and share their wisdom on builds and play-style. I’m not currently on any kind of VoIP system but willing to invest if beneficial. And yes I’m open to guest/transfer for the right guild, although this may be a moot point after the release patch.

Hey Chris!

I’m mostly a solo player myself and know how lonely it can get sometimes. That’s why I’m trying to rebuild my guild – LG Mercs [LGM] – from the ground up as most of our players have become inactive/moved on to other guilds, and would like to extend an invitation to you. We are currently quite small, so as it stands I couldn’t offer you much more than a friendly face or two, but I’m actively on the lookout for new members such as yourself who just want to have fun with the game. We already have a few guild perks unlocked such as Guild Bounty, so once we have enough members we can start running some guild events. Until then I’d be happy to group up with you for dungeons, fractals, world events, or just random fun. Also, VoIP isn’t necessary at the moment, as I wouldn’t be investing in that until we are a larger guild.

I’m fairly active most days a week except for when work obligations require my attention, but I login at least once a day so I’ll usually respond to PMs in a timely manner. I’m on AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time – which is just AEST+1 because of our silly daylight savings routine) if that helps to give you an indication of when I’m online. Our guild currently resides on Maguuma though, so transferring/guesting will be your choice though we can wait to see how the patch handles guilds with the new mega-server if you’d like.
