I’m glad your interested in a casual guild because i think i have what you are looking for! We don’t have many people at the time, but we are a bunch who like to have fun with each other we talk, and when we can we take in newbies too! so if you are looking for a warm hearth and a pint of ale next to all your buddies getting ready to raid some dungeons, feel free to msg me in game. i think you would be a perfect fit! we get it you can’t be on all the time and that completely fine, i can’t either honestly, but the point is we have no recruitment quota, and no real req requirement.

I am one of the leaders of a small guild called Rimfire [RIM] and we’re definitely looking for players such as yourself!
To cut a long story short, we’re a causal PvE guild (Dungeons, Fractals, World Bosses, Map Complete), that sometimes ventures into WvW. We put no obligations on our members at all, Can’t be on for a couple of weeks? No worries, You like your character set up that way? Awesome. We have our own TS3 server that most of us use to talk a lot of bull while playing haha! We also love teaching to others what we’ve learnt over the past three years.
