This is not a thread asking for a full Oceanic guild to switch servers.
Isle of Janthir has a decent Oceanic playerbase, and I am looking to recruit an experienced and consistent Oceanic commander to my guild, [CORE] Company of the Red Elite.
IoJ has a ton of Oceanics, but we have spotty leadership during those times. I am particularly looking for any experienced Oceanic commander that can help organize and command WvW on a (mostly) daily basis.

Really though, 1 person could make a pretty big difference over here. We have commanders and leadership, but it isn’t very consistent. If you ever see IoJ close to max PPT, that is when we have a commander on directing things.
You wouldn’t need to be a veteran commander by any means, but rather someone who has had and used their tag at the very least for a few weeks. Someone who would be willing to learn tips and tricks from other people, and someone who could for the most part play WvW daily.
