Guild Wars 2

I am looking for an EU or NA server that got enjoyable community commanders during day/prime time.

I have transfered 4 times and I enjoyed Desolation and Blackgate, but that was couple of months ago. A lot has changed I guess.

How is WvW currently on Desolation / SFR / BlackGate?
I am open for other suggestions.
