Guild Wars 2

I have been a player off and on since GW2 Launch, i think i had head start due to pre order. I am no longer interested in anything besides WvW simply because i have always enjoyed it but always played unorganized zergs. I’d like to join a guild that primarily plays WvW since i’d love to play it to unlock elite spec etc. Also within that guild i would love other things to be done or at least helped with along the lines of farming leg mats and creating ascended gear. I am currently on Mag and i really do not see many dedicated WvW guilds, so as stated before i am willing to switch and become a robot WvW slave to join a guild who roles with Wvw as the main focus. Did i say i’d switch? feel free to reply here or simply kitten me ingame. thank you guys for taking the time to read this look forward to meeting new friends.

Since when does Mag not have dedicated wvw guilds? If you are seriously looking for a wvw guild, add what time you play, what playstyle you prefer, if you have ts and a headset w/mic, how much experience you have with wvw and guilds. Asking wvw guilds to help you farm mats and get ascended gear is going to….lets just say it looks odd.

Asked for a pure wvw then expect some other things like pve fanning….Not too sure if you know what you are looking for.

I have looking all over and asked in Map chat in WvW for guilds for WvW, also in major cities there seems to be none. i get whispered of “transfer servers bro” do you know any? do u play on Mag?

go backwards in the forum to community corner> ‘looking for’.
some items you might want to add, profession, build and position frontliner, backliner etc
Some guild are very specific about that, aswell as TS and whether you tag.
Lastly I would suggest you think about the size of the guild /server you want and if you have a preference over zerg or roaming parties. Even dedicated wvw guilds run fundraisers , rather than farming mats speed dungeon runs are the preference, Also different levels of guilds have different upgrades, google it and see if it makes a difference to you. Once chosen -stick with it to be a valued member. good luck

saying that , post auto-loot there is very little need to leave wvw, fundraisers have pretty much died

It is an odd request but imagine him asking in Mag map chat “can i join a wvw guild?”. Just sit back…and let that simmer for a bit. Formulate all the great responses you’d get lol

Ya not sure this person knows what they are looking for. They want help is what I am thinking. And tbh I only help guild members I have known for at least 6-12 months.

Yeah, Maguuma isn’t a noob friendly place.

Run with a tag while not representing any guild, prove your worth night after night , log into ts for that squad, hell, talk on ts.

Someone will invite you if you prove to be a reliable player that knows the ropes

No one’s gonna merc you out on forums without some kind of track record / fame and people with those traits are 1- in a guild or 2-know what guild/server they are after.

Mag has some very strong WvW focused guilds but none of the good ones are very friendly outside of skilled players. I about had a stroke when Bloodie rezzed me during a fight… and I was playing a thief.

honestly though, if you are still looking for a guild come and join Tidal Legion [TL]. we are in SOS (sea of sorrows) and we cover every timezone, with our prime in NA and SEA. whisper me in game if you are still interested

If you wanna join a serious Mag wvw guild you got to get on ts and prove yourself. we aint looking for just anybody in our guilds. You don’t really need to farm anything but bags tbh no pve.
