Hey. i just bought the game. Love these types of mmo’s. I’m the type of player who will support guild members in fight or clearing a dungeon. In my mind im fun being around has a pretty good sense of humor. But also started off. i know some of the game but still a beginner and i’ll admit it ha. Just looking for a fun guild that can be patient with me and so can learn the ropes i guess ha. I probably will be online most of the time i hope. My char is a human ranger by the way just lettin you know. Anyway i look forward to working with a guild that will accept me into their ranks

Our Community

• New – At two months old we have room for you to rank up.
• Mature – We screen our applicants. Our ages range from 18 – 60. We are not religious & you may hear some cursing.
• Active – Recruiting all time zones. We have 42 members across 4 games, 27 of those in GW2.
• Website – Our site is hosted by Enjin, paid up for a year.
• Helpful – Useful and easy to navigate information on our site. Enjoy answering questions.
• Voice Comms – We use Mumble & Enjin chat via Overwolf overlay to communicate across multiple games.
• Live Streamers – We support Twitch. Our streamers often do giveaways.
• Newbie Friendly – We are very helpful and welcome new players.
• Stormbluff Isles – We are active on SBI, but allow guesting. Also if you delete your characters you can transfer for free.

In-Game Activity

• WvW – Actively involved. We often run alone. Currently collecting funds for our first commander.
• sPvP – Currently putting together a tPvP team, will soon have a custom arena.
• Leveling – We often team up with and help our lower levels.
• Dungeons – Some dungeon running. Activity will increase as we recruit new members and our low levels reach 80.
• Fractals – Same as above. Our most active runners are at level 3-5.
• World Bosses – We often report active bosses and kill most of them on a nightly basis.
• Representing – We do not require 100% representation, but atleast 75+-%.

[UM] on FA is a tight knit and very social PvX guild that is medium sized and a majority of our members use TS3. Vexxum, assuming you don’t want to have to pay money to switch servers to join a guild that may or may not actually work for you, make sure to give us your current server and what type of guild you’re looking for. This information is invaluable for proper recruiters to find you, and will make sure you find something that actually fits.

For example, I can tell you’re more interested in PvE content atm, but do you want a big PvX guild where it’ll be “easy” to find groups for dungeon runs and such, or are you looking for a smaller, more intimate setup where you may actually have someone willing to teach you stuff but you may find it harder to get in a group?

For the record, I’m not trying to recruit you. If you answer these questions, however, you’ll find that the guild you settle on will fit your needs much better and you won’t have wasted money moving for a guild that doesn’t.

Crimson Guards United Gaming Recruitment :

In 2003 a small group of friends founded CG to play casually and focus our time on one game. It soon took off into more then one game and developed into what we now call “Crimson Guards United” gaming. Guild Wars 2 was chosen for its impressive MMO game play style which sets itself apart from most MMO’s and as of right now we have been openly recruiting on Jade Quarry.

Guild Focus: Right now our main focus for the guild is PvE Dungeoning, Dailys, Monthlys, and Group Events. Once we recruit more members into CGU we will shift our focus from this to Guild WvW and the newly added Guild Missions. We know some members like to do Dungeons or just PvE in general more than doing WvW or PvP so now members are required to do one or the other. Here with CGU Gaming we believe in letting every member do what they enjoy in-game and we believe in-turn thats what makes the Guild better as a division.

Division Requirements :

So, we wanted to set up a strong division here on Guild Wars 2 and so far its on the right track. We are currently accepting all skills levels and character levels. Our only requirement is 16+ years of age, to keep drama out of our guild so every mature player can have a fun experience in our guild. To join our leadership you must show you will be active, show you have what it takes to lead, and be able to promote CGU. It won’t we easy to start off but the leadership positions may go fast. We usually let our current active members on Guildwars make the final decision who they want to represent them.

Greetings Vexxum,

I hope your new guild works out for you. However, if you find it’s not quite what you were looking for, maybe my humble offering would suit. (You can also be in multiple guilds at once).

My guild is called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a smaller, casual yet social, 18+ PvE/RP family on Tarnished Coast. Some of our members also enjoy WvsW/sPvP and we do have our own arena. Knowledge of and/ or participation in RP is not required. We’ll teach you if you want to learn, but there’s no pressure. We are currently working on building up a solid core of pve players, but there are still a few around who would be more than happy to help teach you if you want to learn and have a little patience.

We know that RL comes first and stress that fact. We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. We enjoy helping each other and doing things together when possible. All you have to do is ask if you need help with something and we’ll do our best to come to your aid.

Don’t worry about trying to transfer right away or even at all. Feel free to guest with us as long as you want. You’ll still be able to join with us for dungeons and even Fractals (which I will be more than happy to teach). if you decide you want to transfer, we’ll help you get the funds you need to do so.

There is also no requirement to be representing us at all times. It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone. All we ask is that you give us some time too. We do have a TeamSpeak 3, but it’s use is on a purely optional basis. Most of our chatter is on the guild channel.
