Guild Wars 2

Im a new player to the game, havent picked a world yet. Convince me why I should join your guild. Im an easy-going guy (20) who gets along with everyone. I used to play wow and was in the top 5 for frost DKs and top 10 prot pallys. I come to this game either to dps or tank. Tanking fits my style though but melee DPS is a close second.
Im looking for a BIG guild that can help me out with questions and a guild that raids normally.
