Guild Wars 2

Im looking to start a PST timeslot WvW focused guild and am looking for other like minded people. I would be the driver, I am really just looking for a server that has 15-20 people in the PST slot that are willing to join, or that I can build around, or a server who knows I can build a guild there. Its a struggle on my current server because its largely guild lead. So theres almost no WvW “Pugs” or people looking for a guild.

We would be doing all aspects of WvW, PPT, Open Field, GvG. etc.

Which server would you say unbiasedly requires more structure during PST, pros?

I think there is quite a few pugs on PST on Eredon Terrace, but since all guilds are done when PST hit in, they see that there is no tag and everything started to crumble and just jump off the ship. I think there is a good space for a guild to grow in that timeslot.
