Guild Wars 2

So I’m actually supposed to be doing homework, but instead I’ve been browsing the GW2 forums and complaining about the search bar — which is kinda why I’m here since finding a guild in my server through threads is really time-consuming.
Either way, as stated in the title, I’m looking for a casual guild with a focus on PvE that’s located in Maguuma. I’ve only been playing for a week or so and I’m definitely still a newb, but I’m honestly interested in getting to know more people so I don’t have to solo everything.

-Elementalist

-Currently level 23, but I’ve been steadily leveling over the past week that I’ve had this game

-Located in Maguuma server, as mentioned above, and probably won’t transfer since some of my offline friends play there

about me—
-I’m 21 years old, female, and in college

-I’m in EST/NA

-I’m generally not in-game Tuesdays through Thursdays because I have classes and I’m pretty serious about studying

-I’m not big on PvP things and I still don’t know what WvW is, so at the moment I’d love a guild that’s main focus is on PvE so I have people to run around with

-I’m a pretty casual player, more or less, but I do get really into video games. I like to know the ins and outs of any game I play and I’m always interested in learning more.

-I have a mic, and although I don’t know that much about the TeamSpeak thing, I’m more than willing to chat with people while I play (so long as I’m not multitasking in the process)

The Zephyr Knights {WIND} is a friendly, mature PvX guild that resides manly on Ehmry Bay, although we have players from other servers. We have a mixture of casual and semi-hardcore players that have been in the game for a while now who are looking for new members to expand our ranks.

In terms of guild progression, we have many of the guild upgrades unlocked as well as some currently in progress (including a guild bank, guild armorer, etc). Also, the guild members have access to guild banners as well as in game buffs.

Our current goals are to be a guild that welcomes players of all skill levels and create a community based around playing the game to have fun. We want to also get people interested in some other aspects outside of PvE so we as a guild have a greater variety of things to do.

We have no requirements except to be respectful. We don’t require full-time representation (we understand some people like being a part of other guilds), but we encourage it.

Guild Activities
-EoTM/WvW- Our members dabble in WvW occasionally whenever the mood strikes us. Although we are not a WvW guild, we do like to get our hands dirty.
-Jumping Puzzles
-Dungeons
-Map Completion- We have a number of members who are working on completion the Tyrian map. Join up with us and explore the world of Tyria with us.
-World Events- A lot of our members enjoy riding the world boss train. Come join us at reset time as we do our world boss run.
-Fractals

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play well as a well oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.

It may help your search to know that if you are only interested in PvE you don’t really need to worry about which servers a guild is on. PvE now has its servers mixed, as well as guilds and their banks, with really only World vs World being the defining difference. But if you’re interested in learning the game further, and possibly dabbling in its competitive areas with friends later on let us know.

[NA]-Dragonbrand’s Wolfpack is recruiting players primarily for World vs World and Dungeons. All actively participating players of any current level or game experience are welcome. Competitive raids are initiated three times per week alongside daily dungeons and roaming in the Mists.

If you need gear dungeons are one of the best and most rewarding methods of obtaining it. When you’re not exploring the dark crevices of Tyria head into World vs World to plunder Dragonbrand’s enemies. World vs World is a great way to build up a lot of crafting materials including T6 and an even better way to interact with guild-mates in an ever changing environment at the same time.

Guild participation in one form or another (Mumble/Events/Raids) is required. Log in activity is included in this. Prolonged absences must notify a Founder to remain on the roster. Any and all drops due to absence can rejoin. This is to keep the roster as clean and active as possible for you, and your guild-mates. Become a Predator and mark your foes the Prey.
