Mythological is always looking for new friends! Helpful and friendly guild members, who know what it’s like to be a new player. One of our biggest focuses, is on having a great time, as well as improving our gameplay. Balanced PvE content, as well as PvP/WvW(Mostly PvE). We welcome all ages, as we are a family oriented guild. Experienced and beginner players alike. Mature, fun, and experienced leaders, as well as officers. Mythological was founded in February of 2013, with the foundation of making great friends, and having fun in the game.

A bit more about what we do as a guild. Here at Myth we do guild missions twice a week on Thursdays, and on Sundays. We have a full service Teamspeak, as well as a full service website. Weekly giveaways, as well as many other random giveaways throughout the months. A lot of our members do a wide variety of in game things! We are a 100% representation guild. With the exception of personal guild banks. Our current member count is 400+, and stays that way. We have a daily minimum of 50+ online (Average 100+ on weekends), and representing.

I joined Myth about a year back and was just looking for guild on my server to help with WvW. What I found was so much more. I found a family. Myth is easily the friendliest and most helpful guild I’ve been a part of in any of the many MMOs I’ve played over the years. Everyone is always extremely helpful and respectful towards one another and many of the members are experienced veterans of the game. If you’re looking for a guild to call home, there’s no better place to be.

This is a great guild, filled with lots of friendly and helpful people, active ones too! They’ve helped me learn the game and become quite familiar with most areas of it now. This is a great place to be if you’re a casual player, or even more on the hardcore side, I switch back and forth from trying to learn how to maximize my characters to just chilling and talking about bacon and garlic! I’m really glad I joined a few years ago because otherwise I would still be lost in the common crowd of “what the heck do I do in this game?”

Daily Bump, Always looking for new friends, no matter how experienced you are! We recently successfully did our first Silverwastes farm train, around 30 Mythians came out and joined us. We all didn’t stop until we obtained 250 Embroidered Coin purses. Someone even got a precursor out of one! Just one of the many fun events we do in Mythological.

I have been with myth for almost 3 years and i must say this is one of the best guilds out there ! I have been in other guilds in the past and by far this is the most friendliest guild i have ever had the privilege of being apart of. Everyone is super nice and try to help others out the best they can. We always have fun stuff going on like guild missions 2 times a week once for the main missions and a make up run for those that wasn’t able to make the main run so everyone gets a chance to get the great loot from running guild missions. we have weekly give always for gold to very nice skins and exotics etc etc. We play hide and seek sometimes and give away gold. We do sliver-waste guild chest trains. just lots of stuff going on all the time. We have a guild team-speak. We keep the open guild chat clean for the vase verity of ages that we have. There is guildies with myth from 8 years old to 60 years old so there is always someone you can connect with to run around in the game. We do require that everyone 100% rep to keep us together and to get to know everyone. All around i say give us as myth a chance and join us. I am always on game daylie so feel free to ask and questions.

Can’t say enough good things about Myth. I was recruited just over a year ago, and even though my game time is pretty sporadic, and I sometimes find myself taking mini breaks from the game, I always find some people to talk to and run content with at almost any hour. Many experienced players helping out new recruits with all sorts of content.

I’ve been a member of myth since I started playing gw2 again, back in May. They’ve all been very friendly and helpful in locking down my build and getting me started in dungeons. Our teamspeak has nightly regulars — members often farming, participating in events, or doing fractals. ( One day they’ll convince me to finally get AR and join them in a fractal) Our fist SW chest train last week was a huge success and I look forward to not being late to the next one, maybe even getting my tag so I can lead. I’ve never led anything before but support from senior officers and the guild founder set me at ease. Officer applications can be filled out on the guild website if anyone is looking for a friendly guild in which they can take up more responsibility and try their hand at commanding missions, etc. (Without the fear of being impaled if they stumble)

Being in Myth has been one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had in GW2

Been a member for a little while now, loving the activity and weekly activities. Super fun and knowledgeable guildies, lots of dungeon running/fractals and events to keep you gettin rich =)

I have been with Myth for most of my ~2.5 years in GW2. Of the many guilds I have been part of during that time, I can honestly say Myth is the most sociable and friendly bunchs of players I’ve come across.

I Joined recently, it’s a very active guild with very friendly people

I’m a fairly new member and so far I like this guild. They are friendly to new members and to new players and they help when you need it. At least that’s been my experience so far. I hope I can see this guild continue to grow and evolve with the new expansion.

I would say that the best thing about this guild is that they don’t make me feel like an idiot. They take my questions seriously and are very helpful with all aspects of the game. They are friendly and fun. Thanks Myth!

I love Myth they help when you ask for it they don’t leave any one behind when doing guild missions funny and fun to talk to on team speak

I was a lone Ranger since launch… The only real company I had was my Jungle Stalker, Yao… Not knowing any exploits and not using the zerk meta (there wasn’t yet) I solo’d my way until level 68. Though I had my best bud, Yao, I found myself lacking in social interaction. This is when I found my first guild. It wasn’t Myth. But it is fun being in a guild where you can depend on others and others can depend on you. Half a year passed and the guild went dead. I was desperate and got my IRL friends to play and our close knit guild also died out due to a leader that was less present than the rest of the guild.

A year passed as I was still representing my dead guild. I shall always be the Paladin of Knight Of Dyrnwyn. It was just myself and Yao again, on the road in Kessex Hills. I ran into a small group that was killing the Spider Queen. That time I decided to stay to kill it was enough time to receive an invitation to “Mythological”. I’ve been in the guild ever since and very happy that I am.

I’m not a veteran of Mythological, but I can say that this guild has great leadership.

-Flexible with good judgment
-Protective of its members

The community is among the best I’ve encountered in the three years that I’ve been playing.
-Helpful
-Willing to invest time and won’t ask to anything in exchange
-MATURE attitudes. No, I don’t mean mature like a rated R move or rated M game. My guildies are unique, but small disagreements barely turn into a social war. They are always welcoming.

OH also, you have to have +12k achievement points— Just kidding
-The only requirement is that you abide to the guild rules and that you rep 100%. There are no pre-requisites. If you’re new to the game, we’ll be glad to welcome you. A vet like myself; I feel as if I have no need to search for another one.

TL;DR (sorry): Don’t be a lone ranger. Come join Mythological!

I’ve been a solo player for quite some time and have always had a huge aversion to larger guilds. I was always worried that I would get lost in the sea of people, as I have in other larger guilds…but I was pleasantly surprised when I came across Myth. So yes, it is a larger guild, but it does not feel that way at all. The people that I have come across have been mature, helpful and very welcoming. Join Myth!

I’m on Isle of Janthir, any chance I could join? Been playing a few months solo, but still consider myself a noob. I don’t know the terminology, never played an online game like this. I just know I like to go kill stuff and have fun playing.
