Guild Wars 2

Hello, I am a veteran player (Red Soul Keeper 80 Warrior) who has yet to have an excellent guild experience. I would prefer a guild that:
-Does sPvP, WvW (I haven’t tried it and would really like to), and guild missions
-doesn’t have a rep requirement or at least will allow me to test them out
-uses TS3. I’m open to others like Vent or Mumble but prefer TS3
-laid back, and friendly (I like making friends with my guild mates)
-I’m cool with swearing and crude jokes (if that’s a thing your guild does)
-I’m LBQT-friendly

About Me:
-Been playing about 2 years and 4 months. I would consider myself seasoned
-I’m interested in ranking up and contributing to a guild
-I have 5 level 80 characters- I main a Warrior; Necro and Mes are just general PvE
Ranger is built for PvP, and my guardian is built for fractals and dungeons. I also have a level 48 Engi, and I’m building her for PvP as well or perhaps WvW
-I’m most active in the evening, and active for a good chunk of time on days off
