About Me: Hey, so I’ve played the game since beta, and GW1 since Faction release. I guess that would make me a veteran Guild Wars fan. I haven’t been in a guild for a while since my last one went south, but I’m hoping to remedy the situation. I am 21 years old and normally play in the mornings/early afternoon, then later around 8:30 p.m CST. I have 4 level 80 characters (Mesmer, Ele, Ranger, Warrior), and have done most content in the game.
What I’m looking for: I am beginning to lose most interest in this game due to having no one to play with, so I am looking for a friendly group of people that is down to do whatever. I haven’t delved too much into PvP or WvW, but I would definitely like to give them a try. I’d also love to do dungeons, as I have a few paths that I’ve never been able to find a group for to finish my Dungeon Master achievement. Casual messing around and created games like Asura Ball are also a plus. I do have a few stipulations for my potential guild, and they are as follows
- No mega-guilds. I don’t want to be a nameless blob in a sea of pixels. Any other size of guild is fine, as long as it’s talkative and active.
- Tarnished Coast, please. If I want to delve into WvW, I’ll need my home server. (can be discussed)
- Must do some of everything of PvE, WvW, and PvP
- Mostly rep. I have a general distaste for the multi-guild system, but I still have my own private guild for my wife, a friend, and I. I plan on representing your guild 95% of the time
- Doesn’t treat the game like a job. I play to immerse myself and relieve stress. I do not want to be required to log on 3 hours a night, post 5 times on your forum every week, join TS (Mumble,Vent, w/e) for EVERY event I do with the guild (I’ll join when I want to, but not every time I do something with a guildie)
- No drama. Every guild has that one drama queen, and that’s fine with me, but constant arguing and elitism is a no go.
- I have a great sense of humor and love to chat/be friendly. With that being said, I am an adult, so I speak like an adult. I curse on occasion and like to joke around. I also enjoy getting a little tipsy while playing. Drunken guild events/kittening around and saying stupid stuff in voice communications is a plus.
- I like to take my time and enjoy the content. I do not enjoy constantly skipping groups and doing only the easiest dungeon paths. I also do not enjoy “cheese tactics” like stacking (I only don’t mind this if it seems like the group can’t complete the task without it.)
Closing and Contact: I understand that I might have come off a little rough, but I have dealt with many of those situations in my years of gaming. I needed to make these points clear so I don’t waste your time.
