need to do all kinds of mission such as chellenge, rush.

i have several character. ele,war,guards,mes.

If the missions are all you need, there’s a guild on Tarnished Coast called [GC] Guild Commendations, and they run Guild Missions several times a week so people can just get commendations. I’m not sure what their contact information is, though… I guess you could ask in game.
