Guild Wars 2

Hello,

I am Guild Founder (and current Master) of a Guild named Random Aggression [RA] and put a decent amount of gold into advancing it pre-HoT, unlocking almost everything. It was just a guild between me and some friends, and a few people here and there we came across in our travels who wanted to join. That being said, most of my friends left for military duty, the remaining for other RL responsibilities. I have not put any real time into advancing the guild since HoT. My 2nd in command has also been hospitalized for a couple months so I won’t be appointing him. I had intended to work on expanding numbers again this year but have come to the conclusion that I simply no longer have the time to invest in leading a guild.

As such, I considered offering a form of trial leadership. I have renamed my title to Guild Founder and placed a position just under mine with full authority titled Guild Master. My idea is to offer someone a 30 day trial of leadership to see if they make any progress. If after those 30 days, they have made any notable progress (which my standards aren’t particularly high, just more members regularly active, not even necessarily representing) and they wish to continue, they keep the position permanently. Otherwise, I’d try another volunteer.

I would stay in the guild regardless, but my rank would be more based on seniority and I would not execute authority on any official matters unless asked to by the appointed Guild Master. I would help when I’m on with anything asked and would assist in purchasing the Guild Hall (or buy it flat out).

So, in summary, I need someone who wishes to try their hand at leading a guild, or otherwise feels they would like to take the reins. They can change ranks or direction of the guild as they see fit, though I would veto any requirement for x% representation. Most guilds that require that seem to be dying off since HoT anyway. The guild details can be found below. If anyone is interested or has any questions, please let me know. Posting any credentials you may have as far as experience leading goes might help me lean towards you should I get multiple applicants.
