I am a relative newcomer to competitive pvp, and was looking to find an experienced mentor who could help me learn the intricacies of pvp team building for tournaments, and rotation strategy. I’ve watched a lot of streams of high level players, but I would appreciate getting live feedback from an experienced player. You can reply to this post or pm in-game. Thanks all for your time!

I might not be the most popular player/one of the best high level players, but i’ve played enough to understand a lot about sPvP/tPvP/Conquest Mechanics. Class Mechanics I can help you with too. Most of the other higher level players normally won’t see this section of the forum, and most will shaft you away, but i’m always keen to help a newer player out. I’ve helped many people/teams improve, and i’ll be happy to teach you many things that most people don’t understand. Just PM me in-game/send me a mail. I’ll respond when I can.

I have experience with warrior and ele. I’m willing to help out some.

Marvin and Olrun are fantastic and active players who are very good at what they do. They will help you a huge way if you give them the time and the ear.

Something that Dustin didn’t mention which I think he should is the fact that he is the leader of [FPX] which is a growing PvP guild which has no requirements as is open to newer players.

As [GASM] is helping this guild grow in size and experience, it is important for the leader himself to become more experienced. This is because as I’ve seen in most guilds, the skill level of the guild leader is the limiting factor for the skill level of the rest of the members (exceptions excluded).

With the knowledge he gains from these mentors, I’m sure Dustin will help improve his own guild members and develop a core group of players. From here we can build a guild that is open to new players but also contains very experienced players to help these players improve and grow. Something like this is much needed for NA’s PvP community.
