Guild Wars 2

I’m new to guild wars 2 and i’m looking for a guild that is very new player friendly- as i’m sure i’ll have questions as I figure this game out- and a place to relax and chirp in when i have something to contribute to the conversation. My mmo background consists of runescape and some maplestory(essentially games with no end game. XD) so I’m new to a lot of mmo tropes such as raids for instance.

I might be interested in some casual pvping, though I haven’t had the chance to try it yet.

I’m a quiet person for the most part because I have a speech impediment so I’d prefer to not need a voip program.

I suppose the only thing that I’m kinda picky about is that I’d like the guild to be somewhat restrictive with profanity.

Too lazy to post an in depth message; so – we do not req. voip; we also have a few mems with similar issues. Raids/OPS do require to listen not speak. But peeps use chat/etc. a lot. Peeps vets and new with us so in good company. We’re still small, but strong like slack.

Now, profanity wise; there is a filter :P We aren’t excessive but some colorful metaphors have been known to escape people’s keyboards. Nothing crazy or every sentence like that we try to be respectful and mature BUT goofy and fun too.

Tyrs Paladium is a renowned multi-game, drama free, zerg free guild for gamers 30 years of age and older (most are early 30s-70s+) that has expanded to the Guild Wars 2 game and community. We have two simple concepts. We are drama free and we don’t zerg (rush ahead leaving others behind).

We are quite organized and live by our motto: Play hard, laugh hard and win, together.
