[NA] Looking for a static Raid Group

I’m an experience raider with 70+ LI that mostly pugs because I can’t find a good static group between 12PM – 4PM MST (6PM – 10PM UTC) or after 11PM MST (5 AM UTC), since I work during NA prime time.
Right now just really sick of pugging, so I’m willing to join experienced groups or inexperienced groups that are willing to progress eventually. I’m multiclass and can do any role, only my engi isn’t geared for raids as of now. Days available are: Mon, Tues, and Weds. Sometimes Fri, Sat, or Sun depending on real life events.
