Are you tired of feeling like you’re doing everything right yet your raid groups go horribly wrong?

NooBs is a fair balance between a “laid back” environment and serious raiding, and are seeking like-minded individuals. Its a game, we like to enjoy it, but progression is important too.

We are welcoming players with a range of raid experience for static and casual raiding. If you are super hard-core or have never set foot in a raid environment, we probably are not for you.

Our Goal:
To create a fun and successful raid environment. When real life happens instead of rolling the dice with a pug this gives teams the ability to fill in spots with people we know, have played with, and meet the same expectations of gear and skill level.

We do not do guild missions, run guild perks, or organize any pvp, wvw, or open-world guild-run events. We do not require members to rep or donate/support the guild in general. We have no explicit minimum boss clear or legendary insight requirements and no lengthy application process, but we may do gear checks if needed. We do not ask anything that we are not willing and able to provide ourselves.

We are searching for the following:
1) Be fully ascended on at least two characters (ONLY exception is heal druid). We’d appreciate it if you ran close to a meta build and gear intelligently, we don’t really consider your full-minstrel necro to be a raid-worthy option.

2) Have a sense of humor and be looking for fun. If you are not comfortable with some occasional coarse humor and cursing, turn back now.

3) Please have SOME experience and be prepared to progress. If a boss is new to you, that’s okay. We are patient and ready to help, but we expect improvement and willingness to learn. This often means golem practice, watching videos, and being open to feedback.

4) Actively utilize Discord for organizing events and socializing. This is a MUST! All of our raid scheduling us done through discord. If you do not actively check discord you will not get in raids, casual or otherwise.

I haven’t had a clear yet but I have done a lot of training with PuGs etc but usually give up after a couple attempts.

I have 2 fully ascended classes and still in the process of gearing more if not all my toons for all around flexibility.

I am up to date on all meta classes as well as current strategies for all raid bosses. Im a returning player whos speedily trying to catch up on content and would like to raid on the regular.

Fang – At this time the only static opening would require a minimum of one fully ascended character. There is a training/off-meta group in the works for Saturdays that may work for you.

With our third team now full we are looking to add our forth and final static raid team. In anticipation of this, we will be continuing recruitment into raid-pool so that members can be moved to static as soon as possible. If you are have experience and enjoy leading/teaching we are looking for an additional raid team captain.

I’ve just came back, looking to get into the swing of fractals and possibly the raid.

I’ve killed VG a few times, but was never able to do Gorseval.

Should note, I play late PST, like 9pm to 11pm when I can.

I’ve been around since 3-day headstart as a mostly casual player and I’ve been looking around for a group I can drop in and do some raids with.

I have a viper/sinister necro with (almost) full ascended, a zerk ele, and a druid (working towards zealot’s) that I would be most comfortable in raid with.

In reality I have one character of every class except engineer, but the builds on the others are currently more geared towards wvw, world pve, pvp, etc.

I spent two weeks bashing my head against the wall in raids with pugs when they first came out without a single win. The experience of learning, teaching, reteaching, and failing every time for 8 hours at a time put me off raids, and now I feel like I’ve been missing out on the game mode that had me most excited about the release of HoT. I’d love to come back to that, and it sounds like you’re a group that doesn’t have a stick up its kitten .

I am a full-time student that also works part-time, so my play hours vary from week to week depending on workload.

If you’re not put off by any of the above, I’d love to hop in the discord and make some new pals – and maybe finish a raid boss for once.

For those who have responded, if I have not gotten back to you, worry not, I will. Going forward we are no longer openly recruiting for static positions. We are always seeking individuals looking to casually raid and we are still seeking an additional raid captain.

Are you still recruiting? My mains are a fully ascended DPS Tempest and a mostly ascended Druid Healer. I have quite a few additional characters that I would be glad to work on gearing and learning the role if needed, including a PS Power Warrior and a Berzerker Chronotank.
