i could really use a guild to run raids with.
I re-read the OP, and omg you guys are hilarious!
One question: do you have any weekend raiding groups? how many cores do you have by now?

well as of now we are how you can say “never keep the lid on the pot shut else when you’re boiling pasta it will overflow” and of full. we have full attendance with at maximum 4-5 people on hold for our core reset raid day.
during the rest of the week, we try our best to help guild members complete the full run by saturday at the very least. however we tend to spend most of the week practicing our different classes/getting ahceivmeents and doing other stuff too.
i realise have two core groups going t the same time is almost not what our guild strives to go for, because would rather interact with different members during our raid runs than to spilt us up into two teams and risk have unnecessary arguments.
so yea i guess we do do raids on the weekends as well:) i hope that covers what you wanted to know.
