Hello, I am a returning player after more than 2 years away. I have been playing for about a month and I finally finished my map on my main, which has already gotten the 4 birthday gift.

My goals are to find a guild (I am not a fan of being in multiple guilds and I have no clue what people mean by rep requirements) that I can chat, be casual, and join in missions, raids, and dungeons/fractals. I like to aim for getting better gear and understanding how to play my character to support groups in the guild for things.

I am on Maguuma (I think that is how it is spell) server. I do not care to PvP.

I am 30 male and live in the central timezone. For those wondering what times I am available, I can be on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7pm to 10pm; Friday from 7pm till whatever, and Saturday anytime except 5:30pm to 7:30pm. I like to keep my Sundays free. I am would like to not commit to no more than 2 days of anything if possible.

The character I play most is a ranger and will be working on finishing training my druid to have that ready. I do have a guardian from long ago, but I have not been playing that yet.

We’re a mature, casual, family friendly, multi-MMO guild with a diversity of interests so I think you could be a nice fit with us. Guild repping is explained in this wiki section and we describe our expectations like this:

Members are expected to be active and represent NOR 80-90% of their time. We have no problems with people joining “specialty” guilds for certain aspects of the game like RP or WvW, but NOR should be your main guild. If you are looking for a community, rather than just some folks to hang out with on occasion, we may be the place for you!

I’m with Order of the Silver Dragons [OSD] which is a North American [NA] guild that loves helping others and chasing the latest shiny while having fun with our friends. We’re a semi-casual smallish guild at the moment, but we’re hoping to grow. We’re also started a Saturday night beginner raid group since there was a bunch of interest in getting something started. We’re a small guild that’s built on the principle that older, mature and well-mannered gamers don’t need an extensive amount of structure to play the game together. What really sets us apart is that we don’t have officers and it’s the membership itself that runs the guild and protects itself from drama.

Please consider Blissful Epidemic [Blis] on Gate of Madness in your search for a new guild.

We are a stable and thriving PvX/WvW guild, currently at 150 players. As we require 100% representation, our guild is actively engaged and willing to help each other out with anything and everything. We can offer all the amenities of a PvE guild, but can also provide you with a hardcore WvW raiding experience, running an average of 10-15 during WvW raids. (Server Transfer may be required for that though).

Still, our PvE and PvP experience should be enough to keep you engaged. We devote a single night a week to Raiding, another night for Guild Missions, and have a fully upgraded guild hall, Teamspeak Channel, fully stocked website and sub-forum on the Gate of Madness server Website.

Our guild has now accumulated some of the finest players in Gate of Madness – former leaders, officers, drivers and WvW’ers who have played and enjoyed the game for years.
