Guild Wars 2

I played GW2 for quite awhile before falling away from it shortly after HoT launched.

Since then, I’ve poked around here and there with new content, and have gained some experience clearing raids, but not enough that I would call myself an expert at any of the wings I cleared.

With the launch of the new expansion, the itch of a closeted completionist, and a genuine love for Guild Wars 2, I’m trying to check out what I have missed. I understand a lot of guilds that raid successfully are probably looking for members who don’t want to just use them for raiding, and that’s certainly not the attitude I will bring to the table, but I wanted to be up front about the fact that I’d really like to learn and see the content I haven’t seen yet.

I am an experienced raider in other MMOs, and I really enjoy being part of a team — if that’s in a raid, or in a community. I learned the value of helping out whenever I can, and the importance of social capital in gaming way back in FFXI.

I’m happy to help with guild halls, with guild missions, with jumping puzzles, guild events, pvp — whatever I can! I tend to be easy to reach, and happy to pitch in.
