Guild Wars 2

So, I’m going to field this idea and see what comes of it. As a leader of a small guild we have a tight dedicated team but we do not have enough members who are interested in raiding. I could through together a raid team from guild members but I certainly do not want to force guildies into content they are not interested in. I suspect one or more of you other small guild leaders are in the same situation. As such I have a proposal to make. I would like to join up and fuse our raid interested members into one group. If you are a small guild member and interested in this idea shoot me an email here on the Forums or contact me in game. I think this has some great potential if we can mesh days, times, and team comps.

Hi, I run a small guild with 2 raid teams. We only have 20 players & 2 are having to step down due to RL issues. We also have at least one to four absences a week. We raid late…11-1am CST Mon-Thursday. I would like to add 2 DPS to our mon/tues raid, our wed/thurs raid needs another member & I would like to start a Fri-Sun raid using members from both raid groups and some new players. Hit me up, lets talk if our schedule doesn’t run too late in the evening.

I’ll contact you in game later today and see if we can mesh something out. What I have is a 7 member team that wants to run twice or more per week. Depending on how many you have for the Friday to Sunday group now, that would sound more compatible. Of course this is also dependent on our guildies meshing. We are a pretty laid back and family oriented guild. Not to say we aren’t going full throttle into raids. Just saying that overly tense and critical condemnation of mistakes is the fastest way to end a relationship.

Good luck with this! We were in a very similar position and I reached out to what looked like a guild of kindred spirit and we’re just finishing up all the details now of how it will work. While our first attempt at a raid alliance has been fruitful, we’re still having trouble maintaining an expansive enough pool of members to raid as regularly as we would like.
