[XP] is a medium-small community of passionate GW2 players who want to experience team-oriented PVE and PVP through raiding, PVP leagues, and open world events.

Raiding is our primary focus, and we are looking for strong raiders (note: RAIDERS, not necessarily GW2 PVE veterans) from all backgrounds, whether you are a player from GW2 launch to a new MMO player who recently picked up GW2 Heart of Thorns. We are also looking for non-raiders to help support our cause and interact with our community during off-raid times, such as Guild Missions, PVP, and other accessible open world activities.

We offer a place for new and veteran players to progress in GW2 raiding with no strict schedule commitments though our Flexible Raiding structure. Though we allow our members flexibility in availability, the guild takes a very serious approach to raiding.

Applications, calendars, personal coaching, character planning sheets… many potential applicants have expressed that these are WAY too excessive in their minds, and many other have commented that they don’t believe our system until they see it. However, our founding members believe and trust that this degree of dedication and organization is essential for our flexible raiding structure to succeed in GW2 raiding.

And, honestly, we are looking for those individuals who don’t need to be convinced about goals and philosophy, and will take raiding seriously while being able to socialize, interact with our community, and have fun at the same time. We let our members decide how much time they want to commit to GW2 (guilt-free!), and [XP] leadership plans around these schedules to ensure that whatever time IS spent in GW2 is worthwhile for each member, and isn’t wasted on egos inhibiting progression, lack of attendance, disorganization of planning, drama, etc.

This way our raiders can maintain a healthy balance Real Life priorities while maintaining the ability to experience challenging team content in GW2.

We will be running some “trial raids” this week… but (the twist!) for people to try our guild raids out.

We will hopefully do some VG with maybe 7-9 guildies and bring people interested in our guild to get a taste of our raid atmosphere. However, please mail me in-game or fill out an application on the forum to be added to my friends list.

TS is required (exceptions for disabilities), and I cannot guarantee I can call you in, but if you are online M-F from 9-11pm EST, those are when we will decide if we are doing a training raid… meaning, we will probably be training new tanks and healers, so you will get a taste of how we handle progression and conduct ourselves as raid leads. We will probably be looking for people with fresh VG instances to use too.
