About Us
We, [WTF] Omg Who Pulled, are a small high level fractal guild. We have a core group of around 5 players that form our main fractal group, however with raids incoming we are looking for some cool new applicants to fill out a raid team.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge
While we are not as hardcore as any record claiming guilds, we do heavily lean towards
fast runs and are looking for players who have a similar mindset as us. This means
we’re looking for players who are proficient in at least 2 classes. While we do not
strictly require meta builds, we will ask for explanations if you choose alternative
builds.

Voice Communication
We do ask our members who run fractals with the guild to use a voice communication
program called “TeamSpeak”. It is something that will be for the most part
mandatory as it allows us to communicate more clearly and quickly with the party. It
is not required that you speak, but at the most be able to listen to our instructions
as you may not be acquainted with the way we run our Fractals. Our members mainly
speak English, therefore the ability to understand and speak English decently is
preferred.

Repping
In light of the new changes as to how repping works, influence is now a thing of the past and we now have zero rep requirements. Guilds are now an excellent platform for communication and with the addition of guild halls a cool place to hang out.

Attitude
We are a generally open minded group of players and are open to new ideas. In the
context of fractal runs this means while we have our own preferred strategies we are
completely open to new ideas. In terms of general attitude the only real requirement
is for applicants to be able to behave like a reasonable adult.

Mechanical Skill
We don’t expect applicants to have incredibly high levels of mechanical skill. That
being said we require at a minimum applicants be mechanically skilled enough to
consistently execute dps rotations in melee combat, as well as dodge most boss attacks
(e.g. Attacks from Legendary Archdiviner or Legendary Imbued Shaman). Missing a dodge or two isn’t a deal breaker, but over 50% is going to be generally unacceptable.

Scheduling
Our playtime starts roughly 2 hours after reset, usually we start activities then although some members like to do tequatl for karma at around reset.

When filling out the application please make sure to fill everything out properly and be as detailed as possible. Applications that are very vague or not filled out properly will not be reviewed and automatically declined.
