I bought this game when it first came out but it ended up losing very fast to WoW on my time priorities. At the time i was very very active in end game WoW raiding where i spent 4 hours a night 5 days a week pushing WoW end game on multiple characters. Finally quit WoW and decided to come back to GW2 and give it a real shot. Sadly i returned a week before an expansion so i rushed to 80 on some characters. Just looking for a guild to help get my foot into group content and to progress with.

Sounds like you might be looking for a hardcore guild, we are more casual. But we do a lot of end game content.

Hey welcome back! My guild is a “casual hard-core” guild of about 10 core players, focusing on raids, guild missions, and some wvw/pvp. We do alot of daily fractals runs and unranked pvp q’s also. We, like you, are mostly recently returned players. We know the strats, understand the metas, but we just don’t live in game, and don’t expect others too. We also take the attitude that the game is not hard enough to be an elitist over.

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play well as a well oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.
