So as the title states NP are looking to move server after our holiday on RoS. Were a pure wvw guild, love to do GvG’s and all the rest of that stuff basically looking for a silver league server EU that wants us/wouldn’t mind us joining? Transfer to TC, you’d be able to fight all the top notch guilds in T1/T2 and you’d be able to fill the gap they have in your particular time zone

While you might worry about a lack of things to do during your primetime; SoS is positioned in a cluster of servers that have very active EU numbers.
You would have a great lead in from our Oceanic and SEA numbers, and a fast growing NA contingent that will not let your hard work go to waste.

gunnars barely had any people on ag bl last night until like 8:30pm gmt. i think it might be a good server for your guild.

Gunnar’s Hold looks like a great place to settle in. They could certainly use more players. Underworld too but we all know only the brave would transfer there.

Giving him other options that he can possibly explore, rather than having him making the mistake of staying in EU where the fights aren’t…

Given this guys post history who praises his server more than providing a real point, it’s impossible to take anything he posts seriously if he believes “good” fights exist only on the most stacked servers.

Moving to a server like GH will provide you with plenty of opportunities for GvG vs other silver league guilds assuming GH doesn’t drop too many places after league. You can talk to guilds like INC, WBC and vK who have been GvG’ng all season what the competition was like.

thanks for all the feedback so far people. unfortunately the NA servers are out of the question for us as we have players in guild who would have too many issues with the already poor latency problems in GW2 so EU is our only focus. Were actively discussing options and possibilities at the moment so any and all constructive posts are appreciated

My server is fine, I was vouching for TC which is Tier 1.5 at the moment. Meh but since NA is now ruled out hope you guys find what you’re lookin’ for

Now normally I would be vouching for my own server, but we are pretty full with guilds EU prime time (if that is ur playing time that is), and you would probably inflict more queues not just on us but on yourselves too (which you wouldn’t enjoy).

Which is why I say Gunnars (if they have the room for u). Since they sit in a mid point in the ladder and who are regular opponents to servers like ours (FSP) or AG who are both overflowing with GvG quality guilds, and would bring you some nice fights. By now you know which guilds reside on which server in silver EU, and probably know who u would like to face regularly.

Good luck who ever you choose and will no doubt see you on the battle field again soon.

To be totally honest, GH is no better or worse than many of the other servers in most respects.

Where I think we are slightly different is:

1) We have quite a mature community so /M & /T are relatively tame compared to some.

2) We do not have any large 100+ guilds dictating who should or should not be on a map, hell, we don’t any guilds running much more than 30 people

3) Most of our WvW guilds are between 10-30 people

4) Yes, we will sometimes form a zerg just like everyone else, but usually because sometimes it is necessary, not because we enjoy it. Our guilds tend to do a far better job running separately when they get the opportunity.

5) We have, possibly, one of the strongest EU primetimes and have even edged Viz and Piken during recent pre-league matches on occasion.

6) As we do not have 24/7 coverage, we accept our limitations and strive to do the best we can, when we can. Knowing we can blow away the likes of Desolation and Abaddon’s mouth during primetime means more to us than PPT.

There are other good servers as I am sure you know, FSP, AG even UW, MS & FR. Sadly the top 3 in silver league have gone over to the dark side (Deso, AM and Gandara) to chase the mythical PPT.

I’m very sorry to hear this. When you moved to RoS you told us all of the good fights you was getting down here, i really thought you guys would be sticking around!

I’m sorry your bandwagon didn’t work, Maybe we’ll see you again next season though
