Guild Wars 2

Hi, I have returned from London recently, and am a bit stunned at how laggy the game is here… I live in Auckland and it’s not possible to be competitive I don’t think.

In a battle I could swing a two-handed sword, wait almost half a second to see the action on screen, sometimes slower but never faster than that.

Is this what nz gw2 players are dealing with? :o

are you playing on an EU server?

Switch to an NA server if you haven’t already. The Ping is better on NA servers compared to EU servers. Marginally, but it does make a difference
