Hi, I’m currently seeking a guild that is okay with new players and willing to help me learn the game. A little bit about me, I’m 25, in college, love cooking, reading and playing games.. Obviously, its why we’re all here and you’re reading this! I also like traveling the world exploring places I’ve never been and most recently spent some time in Montreal.

Most people say they aren’t sure what they want from a guild… I’m not one of those people. I’m looking for a group, big or small, that likes to laugh, joke around, have fun and play the game. I’m looking to make friends and enjoy spending time together instead of just running it solo. Thanks for reading and hopefully I’ll see you in game!

You can check out Army of Lightness at http://www.armyoflightness.com … We are a great bunch of players and help each other, not to mention conversations we have on TeamSpeak (We had to create a PG channel for some of our players children who play from time to time … we can be raunchy sometimes but boy is it fun and funny).

We have no secret expectations. Common Sense is all we ask for and I haven’t met anyone is [AoL] that I don’t like. Feel free to give us a try, We are a helpful bunch of crazies … You won’t find Vanilla (repetitive) aspects in Army Of Lightness.

With AoL, there are no Verbal Contracts on repping. Being a part of multiple guilds can be a benefit, which is why Anet allows us to join up to 5 guilds.

Maybe my little home may be suitable for you. We’re called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a small, casual/semi-casual yet social, 18+, PvE, family on Tarnished Coast (though as long as you’re on a NA server, it doesn’t matter too much unless you plan to WvsW heavily). Our peak time tends to be in the mid-late evening EST, though we have a few others from various time zones. We’ve also got some fellow members who share a joy of cooking, myself included, and are more than happy to swap recipes.

We know that RL comes first and stress that fact.
We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. Just leave a little note to let us know you’ll be away, and all is well.

We do not demand 100% representation.
It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone.

We are focused on providing a place where people can feel comfortable and as though they are more than just a name on the roster. We want everyone to feel like family.
We are very LGBTQ friendly and do not tolerate any sort of derogatory words, comments, bigotry etc. toward anyone regardless of nationality, race, religious beliefs, gender identity or sexuality. Anyone violating that policy is subject to immediate removal, no questions asked.

We’re willing to help out with any and all questions as best as we can, whether it’s dungeons/Fractals, builds, and other general game questions. All you need to do is ask. We also don’t do the “speed runs”, exploits, etc, nor require anyone to bring a specific class or build for any dungeon run. Bring whatever you want and we’ll have fun regardless.

We also have a Discord, but use of the voice chat is on a purely optional basis.
