Who We Are
Mindless And Generic Identity [MAGI] is a large guild with a small guild feel. We are Northern Shiverpeaks server only members. We are a tight-knit guild that prioritizes our friendly community over anything else. We won’t belittle or lecture you for playing the profession that you prefer to play in the way (with the build) that you prefer to play it.
We’re based on Northern Shiverpeaks with a playerbase that maintains a range of interests. You’ll catch us running dungeons, fractals, and WvW, PvP and World Events on a regular basis. Whenever there’s a new living world update, you can find groups of guildies willing to run through that update with you. We call out achievements and support each other to get them. We really do it all.
What We Avoid
Generally speaking, we’d hope that you have the same values as our guildies. We are either helpers, or learners, or people just wanting to represent a guild to share influence and buffs as a matter of kind of a co-op. Some of our members really like just running on their own, but want some interaction some of the time. We play the game because it’s fun and because we like a challenge. If that means we don’t always earn maximum rewards, then so be it. But we sure have fun doing it. We don’t tolerate harassment and belittling.
Our Goals
We are a fully upgraded guild. We run magic find guild buff all the time along with one more buffs. We also run guild missions at least one night a week (Saturdays at reset) or so. We’ll do an occasional make up or random run during the week. We like to maintain a membership that supports having 30-50 members on in the evening and 20 plus through out the day. If you want to do something, it’s nice to be able to shout out and get a little help.
We will never ask you for anything other than your representation to be a part of MAGI. No taxes or dues or any requirements to be on TeamSpeak or play a certain number of hours in a week or complete any training. Seriously we are play your way, represent, and be friendly. That’s it.
Representation
We do require representation. We want to see our members and hang out with them. If you aren’t representing, you can’t see our chat. So, you are taking a space in the guild but not available really to be a party of it. In reality, not representing completely defeats the purpose of being in [MAGI] and generally demonstrates that your priorities aren’t in line with ours and we don’t have many. We are pretty relaxed and don’t make you do anything with us. We will encourage everyone to join us in group stuff that we do, but you don’t have to.
We do have TeamSpeak, access to server world events and a great community relationship to other well established guilds.
