Who we are: We’re a small social PvX oceanic guild based in NA – Yak’s Bend, and we do daily pretty much everything with a focus on PvP and PvE content. We like killing people and getting rich! We’re looking to build a tight knit gaming community that can possibly extend to other games in the future, and have a community presence outside games. We plan on keeping the guild small enough that everyone will be able to personally know everyone else, yet still get things done.
What we do: We extensively participate in PvP and PvE game modes, and have experienced players in these areas. No matter what your play style is, we’ll be able to accommodate, from PvP/WvW havoc roaming supplemented by the occasional speed dungeon run, to pure PvE heroing. We regularly participate in world boss fights and other organised activities including SW Vinewrath farming.
Who we’re looking for: We’re primarily looking for people who are willing to engage with the guild and help build a long term community from ground up. Whether this may be veterans looking to do intense PvE speed runs, get together a PvP team, and perhaps lead others, or new players seeking guidance and tips, everyone is welcome so long as they have the community spirit and willingness to share and learn.
Why you should care: As real people with real lives, we understand that sometimes real life takes precedence. However, we like to do the best we can in whatever we end up doing. If you’re looking for a friendly and chill guild with no strict demands, but nevertheless gets things done devastatingly effectively and efficiently, come say hello to us
We plan on creating a super active guild site which all members can participate in when not in-game, so if you don’t have the time to login, you can still socialise with some cool people who share a common interest.
tl;dr Join if you:
- want to play in a decent PvP team for the upcoming guild PvP leaderboards
- want to do organised wvw havoc roaming (not compulsory so don’t hesitate if you’re not on YB)
- want to speed run dungeons for fast gold
- want to participate in open world PvE events including teq and wurm with friendly faces
- like the idea of building a tight knit long term community and socialising with other awesome people
- are new to the game and want to get in and learn the ropes on any of the above
We’re all pumped for Heart of Thorns and ready to get down to business. We are currently doing weekly guild bounties, in addition to preparing for guild raids and guild halls
