Effective gamers are quick thinkers, and make sensible decisions with precise reaction time and accuracy. In Onslaught, we attest to do just that. We have a community of dedicated players who have gamed with each other for years. Only players of great quality find themselves entwined in our ranks. In other words, the cliché, Quality over Quantity would be a sound explanation of our values regarding our roster. Onslaught is not for everyone. If you cannot listen, learn, or excel in a competitive environment, Onslaught most certainly is not for you.

However, we look forward to working with those who may not be on our skill level. As long as the persons interested are willing to work hard, and take constructive criticism, we do not mind helping them. We are loyal to each other and that will never change. We also consist of mature players and if you are offended easily by derogatory or profane language you might want to reconsider your interest in Onslaught.

Onslaught is a member of the Axis of Insurrection Alliance, which has been an active alliance since July 2012. [Zen] The Way Of The Master and [DR] Dragonriders have been long lasting guilds in this alliance alongside us.

“WvW content and all its glory is what most of our members focus on. However, we plan to take part in all aspects of the games we play in order to enhance our capability across the board, but WvW is our main focus. Whether that means, PPT or open-field play.

It’s important to understand that Onslaught is a hybrid guild. Meaning, we can play like a fighter guild or we can play PPT and map politics. Our play style greatly depends on a number of key factors: The commander or driver, the week, and our server mates. We like to keep it fresh and entertaining to prevent burnout.”


Onslaught’s home is Blackgate. We are not looking to move.


REPRESENTING POLICY:

Onslaught is not 100% rep for many reasons:

We feel as though, we do not cover PvE well within the guild and we understand that it’s a core feature of the game. For this reason we allow our members to represent guilds in which they can do things like Guild Missions.

Onslaught has a lot of international players from across the world that play many time zones other than North America. Because of this, some members might be a part of an Oceanic or South East Asian guild on Blackgate.

Even though we are not 100% rep, we have mandatory raids, meetings, and training sessions. This means if you are online you must represent and attend.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be willing to change spec to fit guild synergy composition.
Must be willing to learn and improve.
Must have working microphone and the ability to call or shout cool-downs, blast fields, and combat actions.
Must be consistently active during North American Prime Time.
Must be able to take constructive criticism.
