[Oops] are searching for more raidleaders (PvE/EU)

A month ago, we opened up for raid-training in our guild. It have been a big success so far, and we have already trained more than 150 players in several raid-bosses.

There are many people stuck in the raid-world, for not being able to join LFG due to not enough Li’s etc., and too many LFG disband / or ppl leave after a few tries.

When I closed for invites to the guild 3 weeks ago, I told everyone to contact me again after a month, when things had settled, and I’m already getting whispered, from new people and from people in the guild who want their friends in.

Therefor are you needed!
All our raidleaders have putted in so much work, but we don’t wanna burn anyone out. It’s important that all have a good time, and enjoy the game.

Who are you and what do we expect?
You can talk on TS, you have patience and you treat people nice. You have good experience in raids. It’s up to you if you want to raidlead all wings or just some (whatever you feel comfortable with).

You don’t need to know all rotations for all classes. I myself don’t know all classes, but I guide new raiders via qT sites etc., and if in doubt I ask ppl I know master the class for advices.

The feedback I have gotten from our raidleaders have been very positive. Some night we have had 4-5 raids ongoing at the same time, and it’s such a great feeling to experience from the total messy start on a boss, until some hours later when everything starts to go more smooth. Or the happiness after the first kill on a boss. Or that guy you all of a sudden noticed got naked due to many wipes, haha

We need raid-leaders who can take both new raiders, semi-exp and exp raiders. It’s entirely up to yourself how many days you wanna pick each week, but every little help is much appreciated.
