HMPH has been incubating for a couple of months now. It started out as an idea to make a tight-knit guild, but that was too vague. Eventually, I got into PvP and noticed that there weren’t any big name (or, at the very least, large) guilds to get into for team queues or learning. For the general population, I mean.
That’s what I want HMPH to be. Right now it’s more like a directory, with ranks based on invite preferences and merit (invite only when repping, whisper before inviting, skilled or not, polite or not, etc). My end goal is to have a community with players that actively help, teach, learn, and form lasting teams.
Because that probably wasn’t enough to convince most of you, I already have some members in this guild that I regularly form teams with. Their ranks range from 8 to 50. We /have/ gotten things done.
So, if that sounds like your thing, come join us. No rep required, but it would be nice (some of us have HMPH as our main guild, even). I’ll start thinking about an official guild roster for ‘competitive’ play further down the line.
