[Pro] Provoked | JadeQuarry
Guild Rules:
No Cheating: The Provoked have a no cheating policy. If a member is caught either using an illegal third-party program or in-game exploit, he or she will be removed from Guild. Members also will not benefit from the cheating of non-guilded players. If you are in a pick-up party/group/squad and players are exploiting, you are expected to leave or if you are leading the raid/group, to remove the players whom are cheating.
Drama/Public Conduct: Trash talking by members is not permitted. We do not respond to trolls on forums nor do we troll other players. In the same spirit, we have a no-tolerance policy on drama. Players who cause drama will be removed from the guild. If a member has a problem with a person, policy, or leadership he/she is expected to come to leadership directly to address the issue. When a member has an issue with a specific member of leadership he/she may contact another member of leadership to resolve the issue.
Attendance: Provoked consistently holds guild events throughout the week. Players online during these events are required to participate. There may be occasions that members will be required to attend “non-scheduled” guild events. Leadership may require players that are online to participate in All-Calls or Rallys when they deem it necessary.
Forum Contribution: Members are required to regularly visit and contribute to the Guild website. There will often be important information and announcements posted on the forums that members may be required to read and sign by replying. Members may also be required to participate in public forums where we expect members to help provide constructive input to further build the community and represent the guild in a positive manner.
TS3: Members must have TS3 installed/configured and a working headset is preferred. Members must use their in-game name as their Teamspeak username and the phonetic should only contain their name. When on the Jade Quarry TS3 server, members must have their name properly tagged with [Pro]. During guild events, if members are in-game they are required to be in Teamspeak unless arrangements have been made with leadership (playing at work for example). During organized events, there will be a designated member running the event and members will need to know when to be quiet so that individual may provide instruction without interruption.
No Sharing Private Strategies or Information: Showing or leaking information from the Members-Only section of the forums or other known Guild strategies to parties outside of the guild without permission from Guild leadership will result in removal from the Guild.
Guild Priority: Members are expected to value their fellow guild mates as well as their tag. Guild members will always be selected for grouping over those not in the Guild. The Provoked is a team as well as a brotherhood and functions as such.
Primary Focus:
WvW: All calls are hosted every other day excluding Fridays, with the only exception being the weekend. We focus primarily on open-field fights often against much greater numbers, we rarely turn away from a fight, and we never build siege to turn a fight in our favor.
sPvP & Roaming: Many of our core members enjoy and participate in sPvP hot joins as well as roaming on BL’s during off hours. It is encouraged within the guild to build individual member skill.
PvE: Our PvE goes as far as guild missions and other events in order to earn ascended items and gear for WvW builds.
GvG’s: We are currently in the process of building an active core to conduct GvG’s with.

1: Teamspeak 3.

FAQ:
Are you a PVE or a PVP guild? We are, first and foremost, a PVP guild where open world and structured PVP takes priority. That being said, in every game we play we strive for the top achievements in all aspects of the game, and when PVE rankings or achievements are present we will certainly compete for them.
Is Provoked a multi-gaming guild? No. While we have played numerous games in the past, we dedicate ourselves solely to a single game. With that being said our parent guild Provoked is more multi-gaming focused http://provokedguild.org/index.php?p=home
What if I’m worried I don’t have the experience to be accepted? While experience and past achievements are definitely important, we feel that a team-based attitude and willingness to learn are the most important traits when evaluating the potential in new members.
How can I raise my chances of being admitted? Put serious thought and time into your application, which is a reflection of who you are as a player.
What are the attendance requirements in Provoked? We do not follow a minimum attendance policy. That said, we do expect members to be regularly active in game as well as on the website. Members who need to miss consecutive guild events are required to post in our ‘On Leave’ section of the forums.
Do you remove members from the guild often? Members are removed if they break any of our no-tolerance rules or for non-approved inactivity. If a member does not meet our initial expectations we provide feedback and support to improve performance, with guild removal being the last step if improvements are not made.
TL;DR Sorry the formatting on these forums is terrible, please see our post on the public section of the Jade Quarry forums for an easier read.
