Fatalistic is a fresh guild with no real restrictions.
If you are looking for a basic PvE guild to either main or have on the side then this is it.
Whether it is just to break the silence with some chatting or getting some guildmates to do content with, this guild is made for that kind of thing.
No third party programs or websites to sign up for. Joining is all you gotta do. Overtime there will be a guild hall as soon as there are enough members and/or funds to set it up.
