Have you been looking for a guild where you’re not just another nameless face amongst hundreds? Well you’ve come to the right place.
Close To The [EDGE] is a new casual guild trying to form our own community within this crazy world we call Tyria. We have a variety of players, from those who have been playing since launch, to those who just picked up the game, and if you fall anywhere between there we’d love to have you.
Our Goals: We’re looking to continue to expand the guild, starting by claiming our very own Guild Hall. Along with that we’ll be running Guild Missions weekly to help gain Favor and get ourselves some nice loot on the side.
What we do: While we are still a small guild we play a variety of content, from sPVP, to Fractals, to the occasional dungeon. So if you’re just looking for another sPVP partner, or a group to run fractals, dungeons, or what have you, then you’ll find a place with us.
Other Plans: We are currently working on setting up a group to attempt raids. Its in early stages and we don’t even have a full group yet so nothing is set in stone. We’re a casual group so we don’t expect full meta builds and decked out ascended armor, just that you want to give raids a try and have some fun.
Beyond raid’s we hope to hold more events such as guild tournaments, world completion runs, achievement groups and much much more.
Communication: We do not currently have a guild Teamspeak or plans to create one. We mainly talk in Guild Chat which you’ll find is pretty friendly. We also have a guild website and Discord that we use to talk while outside of the game.
