Guild Wars 2

Hey everyone!

After a long break I am returning and finding the game rather refreshing. I am looking for a group of people, guild or not, to run dungeons and do some PvP and WvW with. I’m not looking for a super casual group or help grow a small group grow into something grand. I just want a well established group of any size to play with, and become friends with. I know, I’m picky, and I’m sorry for that.

Last time I stopped playing was because of a move and excessive hours at work, however times have changed, and believe it or not, the expansion isn’t the reason I’m coming back! Due to an injury I find myself with excessive time on my hands and I decided I wanted to fully experience GW2, grab my legendary(s), and feel like I really understand the in’s and out’s of the game- again.

If you are interested in having me join your group, let me know. Below will be a list of things I’m really looking for, and things I’m not to help sort me out from others.

Things I’m looking for

• A group preferably on Sanctum of Rall / Blackgate (Moving from Crystal Desert)
• Be able to progress my skills in all dungeon paths, fractals, PvP, and WvW
• Be able to main Guardian / Elementalist (most likely)
• Able to have fun with a group of fun loving individuals who can get content done.

Things I’m NOT looking for

• Bickering / Torn communities
• Being a backbone to a group
• Being unable to find a group for anything when my interests range the entire game
• Feeling as if the group is inactive / dead
• Unable to communicate

I hope my post was easy enough to read, and I do hope to hear back from people. If you are on another server other than the ones mentioned, that is okay too! Nothing is perfect and I am completely understanding of that.

I could always interest you in a spot in Wizened Wizards [WISE] guild. =)

We are a PvX (heavily focused to PvE) casual, yet structured, guild who wants to try to take part in all aspects that GW2 has to offer. Although we are a guild with growing numbers, we take more accustomed to the phrase ‘quality over quantity’, and that’s what we intend to do.

Being a casual guild, I have my rule of never removing one for inactivity; play at your leisure. Although I cannot assure you that you may/may not see many on at your time (especially with some schoolers/workers in the guild), we will definitely be on to have a great time with you!

Being a structured guild, while we don’t necessarily have a rep requirement as you join, we do keep an eye on this based to on our rank system, basically showing your loyalty/commitment to our guild, while always having fun with the other guilds.

We do not make it required that you have to be on our home server (Northern Shiverpeaks) to join the guild at all, but if you plan to do WvW with us, then you will need to consider a transfer to NSP then. The type of voice communication we use is TeamSpeak 3, and I will try to get everyone to use it at that prime-time you listed!

Synergy is a guild started by some friends with a goal to create a small community of friendly players. We aren’t interested in having 500 members where no one knows anyone else. We are currently playing Guild Wars 2 primarily on the Jade Quarry server.

For Guild Wars 2, we participate both PvE and organized PvP in both WvWvW and structured PvP. Most of us have been gaming together since the days before Guild Wars 1 and continue to do so. Because of our long standing community, you will find that it is an atmosphere where everyone knows each other and learns to play well as a well oiled machine, hence the name Synergy.

•Focus on Living Story achievements
•Chance to play with friendly players
•Structured PvP teams
•Active TeamSpeak
•Strong leadership with two PvE officers and two PvP officers to back up our leader.
•Scheduled events including Dungeons such as high end fractals and the like.
•Assistance with farming legendary items.

•Officer positions available for:

PvE – with a focus on dungeons
WvW – we prefer to run smaller organized teams.

What we expect
•18 and up preferably
•Have a working Mic and TeamSpeak preferred
•Have a sense of humor but realize things may not always be PG13
•Attributes of a team player with a good attitude.

Umm so this reply isn’t as neatly structured (and copied and pasted) as the ones above but I will use that to prove a point. You said you were looking for a casual and friendly guild and you are more than welcome to join ours. We do lots of things together, are helpful, patient, and friendly. We understand if you can’t get on and just all around are a really good group of social people. We have some members in blackgate that you could WvW with but everything else is cross server. :)
