For roleplaying guilds on EU (mostly Piken Square) your best port of call is:

as there is a directory in the forums there specifically listing many different types of RP guilds there are, be it Mercenary, Seraph, Nightmare Courts guilds ect.

Another thing to try is just go around maps and every so often just ask “Does anyone know of any guilds that do RP?” It’s good to ask before world bosses and and stuff since tons of people and guilds show up.

Found my guild like this, maybe i got lucky but best RP guild I have found and lovely community! Sadly cant be much more help since on US servers.
