Guild Wars 2

If you’ve been on Stormbluff Isle for a while, chances are you’ve seen some Phoenix Network [FIRE] players – at our height, we were at over 200 active players, and one of the respected medium-sized guilds on the server. Recent IRL and internet issues for various of the guild leaders (myself included), as well as a lot of members losing interest in GW2 overall, has severely dented our membership (right now, the guild is best characterized as in “hibernation”.)

The guild leaders and I are looking for a couple more guild officers to help us restart the guild (we have a lot of influence and research to level VI in all categories). We’ve always been a casual social group, so there aren’t many requirements, but here are a few important guidelines for who we’re looking for:

• Experience is great, but not entirely necessary. If you’ve been a guild officer to another guild, that would certainly help out a lot.
• Friendliness and patience are key — one of the most defining traits about our guild was our willingness to work with both 10-year WoW vets and first-time gamers. Being able to work with all ages and experience is really great.
• Being active on GW2, and being willing to chat with other players. This is really the most important criteria, as the biggest problem among our current guild leaders is the inability to play as often as we would like to (again, Internet and IRL issues).
• Being willing to set up a new forum and Mumble would be great assets as well.
• Be on Stormbluff Isle (duh).
