1. About Us
Ghastly Knights [GK] consist of a team of dynamic and inclusive World v World (“WvW”) players that are currently located on the Fort Aspenwood Server.

We are an English-speaking WvW guild which raids under the South-East Asian (“SEA”) time zone (GMT+8). Although our members are primarily from Singapore and Malaysia, we welcome players who share the SEA time zone to join us. We actively raid twice to thrice a week and coordinate our fights through TeamSpeak.

2. Why Join Us
Our Team
Our current members are friendly, open-minded and experienced with each class. Discussions on builds, raid styles and fight strategies are always welcome and members’ feedback on the general experience are always well-received. Outside the game, we also regularly meet up in real life for gatherings, dinners and essentially unwind together.

New Players Welcome
We are currently expanding and are happy to train players who are new to WvW Raids. We ensure that new members are comfortable with our fight strategies and currently run scheduled training sessions to help them know their classes better and to fight cohesively as a group.

Our Fights
Experienced players who are keen to join us will find that we have no qualms about taking on groups that outnumber us. Our philosophy is to focus not on the wins and losses but on the manner in which we won or lost a fight. We are not interested in placing blame on losses and often laugh it off. In a nutshell, we learn from each fight, move on and have fun.

In a nutshell, WE fight aggressively, move decisively, capture contested areas strategically and take on groups that out-number us audaciously.

Thanks for your post and interest!

For your information, we are a WvW guild focused only on WvW raids.

However, we have a small group of members who do dungeons and FoTM from time to time, when there are no raids on.

We coordinate our WvW raids via whatsapp. When raids are on, our members represent the guild and this facilitates efficient coordination during raid fights to ensure you are not left out!

On non-raid days, some of our guildies organize their own dungeon and FoTm runs and are also able to join other guilds to do non-WvW content. We would however need you to rep us when we have a WvW raid.

It would be nice having you in our team as we are mainly from Singapore and most of our members are usually available to help you out if you need help or have queries. We are friendly and are happy to say we have not experienced any drama to-date.

Am a relatively new member of [GK] Ghastly Knights.
Friendly bunch of people with clear leadership during raids, resulting in very organised fights.
Was very new to WvW when I joined but received very patient training.
Overall a very decent and enjoyable bunch of people to play WvW with!

Sup guys, have been with GK for around a week now. It’s not what I have expected.. It’s WAYYY BETTER than what I have expected. The guild, though small, boasts a group of closely knitted guild mates. Most members are mature so look forward to a drama-free environment! Hierarchy don’t exist in the guild so if you have any suggestions about WvW or what not, feel free to sound it out!

The guild does WvW occasionally from 10pm til 12 pm (+8 GMT). We usually communicate through TS and our fights may be light-hearted, fun-filled ones at times but we can get serious and fight hard when the occasion calls for it. Even if you’re new, the guild will take the time to guide you along.

On days when there’s no raid, our members are also up for PvE, such as dungeons. We can even on TS just to chit chat and talk~

Get ready for a new phase in your GW2 should you decide to join the family. Have been enjoying the time here and will probably continue do so. Cheers!

Hi guys! Was very new to WvW and only started trying it out earlier this year. GK guild was more than happy to have fellow players join in and they patiently guided me along to pick up the fighting strategies. Appreciate the camaraderie between the guild members and patience for a normal player like me. Am always looking forward to more fun experiences with the guild on weekend nights!

I have joined GK for about 1 month now. I transferred over from JQ to give FA a try, and GK was the first to welcome me into their guild. Super friendly people, and I found out almost all of them played in the Southeast Asian Timezone like me. I was a noob at WvW but they didn’t mind it at all. As long as I joined their raids regularly, they would take the time to explain to me tactics and strategies. I was pleasantly surprised that their WvW raid schedules are planned via Whatsapp so as to ensure the maximum turn out possible. I go to GK WvW raids not because I have to, but because I enjoy every single raid with them. They just have a unique way of making every WvW fight super fun, even though they may sometimes be outnumbered. Even though GK may be a WvW-focused guild, they have put zero pressure on me so that I can also enjoy other aspects of the game.

If you are HARDCORE enough to ENJOY OUTNUMBERED fights, and have a NEVER GIVE UP ATTITUDE, GK wants you! If you are a returning/veteran WvW player that wants to ZERGBUST, GK wants you! If you want to bring your WvW skills to THE NEXT LEVEL, GK wants you!

Hey, I was just wondering if you guys accept newbies. I’m new to the game and am looking for a fun, friendly, and welcoming guild to play with since I’m from SEA as well.
