Guild Wars 2

Shadow Gypsies is a casual playtime, hardcore PvP/WvW guild that has been together for over twenty three years and has been PvPing since Meridian 59 in ’91. A dedicated motley crew of friends intent on wrecking your day to alleviate their real life workplace frustrations. Our player base is “old gamer.” We do not tolerate drama queens, cheats, l33ts, hax, or whiners. We PvP on the internet to kill (and die), as we can not legally kill IRL.

SG is a tight knit active guild that has been on JQ since beta. We are mainly WvW centric with a focus on causing as much mayhem on maps as we can while enjoying the deaths of our enemies and even ourselves in the most spectacular fashion we can think of at the moment. If you are looking for a gaming “home” with a guild whose player base on average has been in the guild for a decade or more and you enjoy WvW and PvP, (we do some PvE) contact one of us in game.

Playing with Mance on several occasions i can tell you that SG are friendly, chilled and great fighters.

Ran with [SG] a number of times in my days with [OPSN] have to say great group of PVPers! Their thief nights used to be particularly fun.

Some footage from this weekend. Pay special attention to one SG at the gate who loses his struggle with ADHD, named Callysto. 10s into the siege he begins his struggle… Dancing, then kite flying, followed by somehow managing to jack the golem, then out of the golem, then back into the fight. He may or may not have been sniffing glue, I’m not sure!

[SG] maintains an active member base (all logged in and actively playing under 2 weeks) of 310 members. We wvw all time zones. We are always looking for good players that like a hardcore attitude to wvwing when they are online with a casual time commitment. Also the ability to enjoy the “ambiance” of a pvp guild that has been together for 23 years is a bonus, it is a bit of a nut house.
