Guild Wars 2

My name is Dylan and I’m a casual Guild Wars 2 player. I have recently decided to play the game again, after a long needed break due to work and University. Now I’m back and more excited than ever. I’m mainly a PvE or SPvP player. I like WvW, but that’s not my focus. I’d rather casually go in and zerg every now and then. My many goals in this game are: Map Completion, Dungeon Master Title, Fractal Capacitator Back Piece, and various shiny skins, and well, to have fun. Ha. I’m just here to play and collect things I want. Hope to find some light headed and like minded friends!

Hiya, Dylan! Welcome back to Tyria after your break. My favorites are PvE and sPvP, too. I think our guild, Ember Solace, would be a good fit for you. We’ve got about 50-ish members, most of whom are usually online in EDT evenings. Many of our members share your goals, and our events reflect that. Last night, we had a Fractal party, and tonight we’re helping people complete some paths toward Dungeon Master. (Helping people complete Dungeon Master is one of my personal favorite things to do, because I remember how much I loved getting it when I started out.)

Anyway! We’re a really friendly group of people. I think one of our biggest strengths as a guild is that we really care about each other and want to help each other out. That, and maybe our awesome Social Officer, Kaz, who runs fun events like trivia nights and raffles. xD

That way, you can get a feel for our community and the kinds of events we tend to do, before deciding if you want to apply. (We have a brief application to weed out elitists so we can make sure our playerbase stays friendly and welcoming.)

Oh, I almost forgot — we have Friday Night Fights (strangely, scheduled on Friday Nights), where we do tPvP together. I’ve found that sPvP is more fun for me in a group, and we have a lot of fun together. ^^
