Desolation
No queues, except on prime time at EB if some popular PuG commander is leading or on one out of the three BLs, which has several guilds raiding at same map. Usually those queues are short. Outside those situations we are often enjoying the outnumbered “buff” (especially if no commander on map).
Desolation is the only silver league server, which has a night time crew worth mentioning (just look at our income data at http://mos.millenium.org/servers/view/15/ and you will see that Desolation generally scores more points than opposing servers from 4 am to 10 am).
Desolation won all its match ups in Silver league and then we had we had queues. We are very much international and use server wide TeamSpeak to co-ordinate efforts between 4 different maps (thus we can summon reinforcements from other maps).
Desolation is the #1 pve server in EU and also has more highly rated pvp players than any other server ( http://mos.millenium.org/pvp_rankings/index/eu ). We often have overflows for pve maps if there is some event going on (Tequatl, Wurm etc) because players from other EU servers come to guest to Desolation.

Maguuma
GvG-Focused server, home of several top NA GvG guilds
NA 1-2 ques, however in a good matchup we can easily que all 4 maps (translated we do not need NA players)
EU 1-2 ques depending on commander coverage
OCX 1 que or less with large guild groups
SEA 1 que or less with large guild groups
We have a server wide voice com (Mumble) and a pretty tight-knit and skilled community with very little drama. We have had a couple weekends where our NA guilds hold a 6am raid time to help and run with our SEA guilds, this has been alot of fun and will probably continue. We could use 1 more OCX and 1 more SEA guild (small to medium in size) and we have militia commanders for those time slots so individual OCX/SEA players are welcome to join us. Visit the introduction section at http://maguuma.net/
and chat with us before transferring. I think this thread should be stickied and the info regularly updated by each server’s players as things change so people can make informed decisions if they want to transfer.

Crystal Desert
NA prime- can queue up 1 map and half. Depending on fairweather mood
NA pst- spread thin but can hold ground
Oceanic- queue 1 map
Sea- no queue
EU- non existant
Basically need a guild that can field 20+ to wvw during NA prime and 1 oceanic to backup our guys and we’ll be jolly in t3/4. That should give us the ppt we need to bring the casuals out of hiding.
